I’m Francesco Petrungaro. I help companies define technical roadmaps, design software architecture and turn product ideas into working applications. I work closely with designers and developers on the user experience, lead engineering teams and write code.

I also help teams adopt AI, build workflows, and integrate AI into their products and development processes.

I have worked on products for Formula 1, EE, E.ON, HSBC and Stonegate Group, including during my time at IBM and Digitas. My experience includes more than 15 years in mobile development, alongside software architecture and team leadership.

My work includes Claude Code, Codex, MCP, coding agents, RAG and local models. I define what each tool can do and how to check its results.

Working together

How I work

We start with what you need to achieve, the software you already have and the time available. I review the main technical questions, test ideas where needed and work with your team on the implementation.

I led the technical direction of Apple apps and built AI features that run on the device. I also built AI workflows for QA issue triage, structured GitHub issue creation and initial code reviews.

My recent full-stack work includes secure editorial systems built with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Cloudflare Workers and SQL-backed workflows, with role-based access and GitHub-integrated review.
